Are your products original and good quality?


Yes. Every product is carefully curated and tested by us before being listed. We believe in quality, usefulness, and affordability.

Do you ship all over India?

Yes! We proudly deliver to all corners of India, whether you’re in a big city or a remote village.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. We offer guest checkout, but creating an account helps you track orders and manage returns more easily.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

We process orders in 1–2 business days and deliver within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Shipping is free on all orders above ₹500. For orders below ₹500, a nominal fee applies.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

Do you deliver on weekends or holidays?

Deliveries usually happen on business days. However, depending on the courier partner, some deliveries may occur on weekends.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, we currently only ship within India.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) via PhonePe.

Is it safe to pay online?

Yes. We use secure payment gateways powered by Shopify and PhonePe to protect your information.

Is COD available on all orders?

COD is available with phone number verification. We may limit COD in some cases to avoid fraud.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer returns within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

What items are non-returnable?

Personal care items, used items, and items without an unboxing video are not eligible for return.

How do I get a refund?

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund within 8–15 business days to your original payment method.
